Lucerne, Switzerland

After Paris, we visited the peaceful montain city of Lucerne, Switzerland, nestled in the heart of the Swiss Alps. This was one of our favorite places and we would have loved to spend more time here.

We took a sunset cruise on Lake Lucerne. Beautiful!

The next morning, we took a cog train to the top of one of the mountains (Stanserhorn). I wanted to break out into song..."The hills are alive...with the sound of music...".
