This evening we took a little family field trip to Hendricks Exotic Animal Farm. They have everything from ostriches to camels to giraffes and you can get up close and personal with them as well. Luke was very into feeding the animals. If you live in the area, I would strongly recommend taking your kiddos there...it's a neat experience.

I saw the title and immediately thought back to that Christmas we all stayed there. Or perhaps it was for another holiday? I can't remember. What I do remember though, was that it was awesome. And it should happen again.
